Responsible for managing the company's social media presence, including creating and executing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and moderate customer interactions on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media data to inform future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management or marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Experience with content creation and optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
