About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Prepare and deliver effective in-person interviews
- Research and evaluate candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess fit
- Follow up with candidates after interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with legal or professional services firms
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Understanding of the legal industry
