About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate relationships
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Prepare and deliver effective in-person interviews
• Research and evaluate candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess fit
• Follow up with candidates after interviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with legal or professional services firms
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Understanding of the legal industry
