Director of Nursing - Women's & Children's Services

PeaceHealth is seeking a Director of Nursing for Women's & Children's Services to lead clinical excellence, drive operational performance, and inspire high-performing teams in a mission-driven healthcare environment. In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, champion patient safety and quality outcomes, support caregiver development, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to deliver exceptional care. Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations within Women's & Children's Services.
- Champion patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Support caregiver development and lead high-performing teams.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to deliver exceptional care.
- Advance nursing practice and foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required).
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (required within two years of hire).
- Minimum of five years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably within Women's & Children's Services.
- Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Experience in a unionized environment (preferred).
- Current Washington RN license, or ability to obtain prior to hire.
