Director of Nursing - RN **Skilled Nursing Experience Required**

About the role

The position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations and ensuring patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure all nursing staff are competent and up-to-date with their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with MDS (Medicare’s Minimum Data Set) preferred.
