Responsibilities
- Supervise nurses and aides for our Long Term Care facility
- Implement recommended changes as required
- Conduct resident assessments and monitor resident care, reporting changes to the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing
- Document resident care and treatment records accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with attending physicians, assessing the necessity of calls during off business hours
- Monitor nursing staff to ensure proper documentation on MARs, nurse's notes, and accident/incident reports
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years
