Director of Nursing Operations
Job Summary
The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Medical City Surgical Hospital Alliance. This role involves applying best practices and evidence-based knowledge to facilitate optimal patient flow throughout the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary staff, responding to occupancy bed demands, and ensuring efficient and timely throughput throughout the continuum of care.
Qualifications
- Education/Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Masters preferred.
- Experience: 3 Years Management Experience Required, 5 Years Preferred.
- Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications: Current RN license by the State of Texas or from a Compact State, if primary state of residence is in compact state. BLS and ACLS.
