Director of Nursing Home Health RN

Overview

The Director of Nursing / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Muscle Shoals, AL, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a home care office.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and licensed in the state of practice.
• Must have at least two years of nursing experience within the last three years, with one year in home health.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Preferred: Previous experience in management.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must possess CPR certification.
