Director of Nursing – Home Care (RN) | Leadership Opportunity | $90K–$102K

Job Description

Rhythms Home Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to lead the clinical operations of our home care agency. This opportunity may be suitable for an experienced RN, Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or Assistant Director of Nursing who is ready to advance into a leadership role.

• Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, and skilled nursing services
• Ensure clients receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care
• Partner with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Hire, train, support, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and other direct care staff
• Provide clinical guidance and education to the care team
• Maintain compliance with Colorado home care regulations
• Create a positive culture where employees feel supported and valued

Qualifications

• Required: Active Colorado Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Colorado driver's license in good standing
• Clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and support direct care employees
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Prior experience as a clinical supervisor, nurse manager, ADON, DON, or team lead
• Experience with staffing or scheduling
• Knowledge of home care regulations
• PREFERRED: Home Care Administrator certification
