Key Responsibilities
- Develops unit and / or service line specific, Patient Care Programs, policies and procedures.
- Evaluates and meets the needs of patients or patient populations receiving care.
- Ensures patient care on clinical units complies with established policies, procedures and standards.
- Develops and implements the unit based plan for providing patient care.
- Fosters a professional work environment.
- Strategically grows patient volume.
- Implements an effective, ongoing program for Patient Care Services and Emergency Management.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/BSN
- Advanced degree in health care related field (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience in health care management
- 2 years of experience working in the ER
- Registered Nurse License - licensed in the State of Florida
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
- ACLS and PALS (American Heart Association)
- CPI (within 30 days of hire)
- TNCC (within 180 days of hire)
- NICHT Stroke (within 60 days of hire)
