Responsibilities

• Lead all nursing operations within the facility
• Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and staff
• Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
• Partner with the Administrator to achieve clinical and operational goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
• Long-term care experience preferred, with three years ideal
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Pay

$150,000–$160,000 per year, plus annual bonus opportunity. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Schedule

Full-time position with a consistent schedule at one work location.
