Director of Nursing - bonus eligible

About the role

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Surgery Center. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the scheduling of procedures, inventory control, QA/QI, staff credentialing, preventative maintenance and safety, risk management and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current state Registered Nurse License required.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications also required.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center, perioperative services, or surgical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AAAHC accreditation standards, CMS regulations, infection control, and ASC operations.
• Experience in perioperative nursing, PACU, Pre-Op, & OR services preferred.

Pay

Eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus!!! (half at the time of hire and second half after 6 months of employment)
