Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop approximately 60 nursing team members.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centered resident care.
  • Oversee nursing services across skilled nursing and assisted living-level care.
  • Monitor quality, safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and staff development.
  • Monitor resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, respect, dignity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Missouri RN license.
  • Strong nursing leadership and clinical management experience.
  • Long-term care/SNF experience strongly preferred.
  • DON experience preferred; experienced ADON, Assistant DON, Nurse Manager, or similar nursing leader may be considered.
  • Knowledge of infection prevention, quality assurance, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and long-term care documentation.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
