About the role
The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing, including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements
- Maintain quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations
- Support all disciplines in developing a marketing strategy and networking with referral sources
Requirements
- Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse
- At least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years

Pay
Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
