Requirements
- Active RN license
- Recent experience serving as a Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living setting
- Proven leadership and clinical management experience
- Experience and familiarity with Washington state assisted living regulations
- Experience in Nurse delegation
- A genuine commitment to quality resident care and team development
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the area
