Your Impact As Director of Nursing, you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing servicesEnsure clinical excellence and full regulatory complianceLead and strengthen the QAPI program and quality initiativesMonitor and improve Quality Measures, outcomes, and survey performanceConduct daily clinical rounding to support staff and ensure standards are metMentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staffCollaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary teamLead survey readiness efforts and oversee plans of correction What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMinimum 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcareStrong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical standardsProven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve outcomesExperience with Quality Measures, audits, and performance improvementExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Allure of Moline?
