About the role
As the Director of Nurse Case Management, you will lead a team of nurse case managers who provide comprehensive care coordination services to patients across various healthcare settings. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nurse case management team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nurse case managers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
