About the role

As the Director of Nurse Case Management, you will lead a team of nurse case managers who provide comprehensive care coordination services to patients across various healthcare settings. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nurse case management team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nurse case managers
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
