What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and continuing through onboarding completion.
- Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate alignment before offering solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements at varying stages of the enrollment cycle, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up requirements.
- Guiding campus tours, shadow visits, and decision-oriented discussions that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and the target family profile for the model.
- Safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model by ensuring precision in CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS).
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Accepting enrollment from families who do not align with the model solely to meet targets.
- Overseeing a sizable team or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing family experience responsibilities across multiple staff members.
- Working from a remote location. This position is on-campus by design.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently managed service operations).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first interaction through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family engagements at varied stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
- Capacity to present specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your own offering when alignment was lacking.
- Professional written communication proficiency with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Background in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.
- Experience in high-end hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative roles.
- Track record developing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
