Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to assess alignment before proposing options or advising on subsequent actions.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
• Orchestrates campus visits, student shadowing sessions, and enrollment discussions that transparently convey results, commitments, and ideal family profiles.
• Ensure precision in CRM documentation and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-managed service businesses).
• Proven track record managing a full client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial contact to completed onboarding.
• Experience concurrently handling 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization methodology.
• Capacity to supply specific instances of consultative judgment, including occasions when you advised against your offering because it was not appropriate.
• Professional writing experience addressing senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Denver, CO or Park City, UT.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Experience in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment processes.
• History in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support positions.
• Background developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to optimize enrollment alignment, not merely velocity.
