Job Summary and Qualifications

• Responsible for overall management of the day-to-day operation of the clinical unit.
• Specific responsibilities include: Performance Improvement, Policies and Procedures, Staffing/Productivity, Program Development, and Nursing care for specific patient population.
• The Director must work closely with staff, physicians, and other directors to ensure quality patient care.
• The Director guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost-effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN).
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
• 3 years of experience required.
