Director of Marketing Events & Digital Communications
for each heading. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have:
- Overview: includes Salary Range $120,000 - $130,000, Level Senior, Position Type Full Time. So Pay section: we have salary range. Schedule? Not explicit schedule besides Full Time. Could include Schedule section with "Full Time". The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have salary range, so Pay section is okay. Schedule: "Full Time" is stated, so we can include Schedule.
- Benefits: there is a long list of benefits. So Benefits section.
- Qualifications: there is a Qualifications section with advanced degree, 10+ years experience, etc. So Qualifications.
- Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities section. So Responsibilities.
- Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: advanced knowledge of social media, experience managing email marketing, etc. Could create Skills section but we must not invent. The posting includes skills within qualifications; we could still create a Skills section if we have explicit skill list. The qualifications list includes: Demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, advertising and media relations; Outstanding communication skills, strong organizational skills; Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams; Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media trends, analytics and planning tools; Experience managing e-mail marketing, online fundraising, event registration, and digital advocacy platforms; Experience directing websites; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Knowledge and demonstrated experience using a diverse range of tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva; Collaborative and strategic leader. These are skills. So we can create a Skills section.
- About the role: maybe we can use the "Job Purpose" and "Position Summary" as About the role. So we can include About the role section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Also must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content from Overview (salary range, level, position type). Also include "Fully Remote AFT Headquarters - WASHINGTON, DC 20006". That's location info; maybe we can include in About the role or a short p. Not a heading.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
About the role
Director of Marketing, Events & Digital Communications – Fully Remote, based at AFT Headquarters in Washington, DC. The Director leads AFT's branding, marketing strategy and national paid media campaigns, manages the Marketing Division, oversees national websites, email, social, and outreach channels, and drives integrated marketing and digital strategies to expand reach, deepen stakeholder engagement, and increase supporter growth.
But we need to preserve all substantive information from Job Purpose and Position Summary. Let's combine. Job Purpose: "The Director of Marketing, Events & Digital Communications leads AFTs branding, marketing strategy and national paid media campaigns. This position manages the Marketing Division and oversees national websites, email, social, and outreach channels with the help of a team of communication specialists." Position Summary: "The Director of Marketing, Events & Digital Communications serves as AFTs brand leader, driving integrated marketing and digital strategies that expand reach, deepen stakeholder engagement, and increase supporter growth. In partnership with the Vice President for Communications, the Director leads multi-channel campaigns, signature engagement initiatives, and creative content development to advance the organizations mission and visibility, while overseeing team performance, metrics, and marketing best practices." We'll include both. Responsibilities: list from Duties & Responsibilities. We'll create- items.
Qualifications: list from Qualifications.
Skills: list of skills extracted.
Benefits: list from benefits.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: Full Time.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Let's ensure we don't duplicate content. We'll include each piece once.
Now produce HTML.
Check for any boilerplate removal: remove "Apply Overview", "Apply Description", "Who We Are", etc? Actually "Who We Are" is substantive about organization; maybe we could include in About the role? But the instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. "Who We Are" could be part of About the role. We'll incorporate.
We must not include "Apply", "Timeline", "Why you should apply", etc? Those are substantive? "Why you should apply" includes bullet points: purpose-driven team, diverse environment, cause, compensation, remote work. That could be considered benefits or maybe we could include in About the role? But we already have Benefits section; we could add those as part of Benefits? They are more about reasons to apply. Might be considered part of Benefits or maybe we could add a section "Why apply"? Not in allowed headings. So we could incorporate those points into Benefits or About the role? The instruction: only use those headings; we can't create new headings. So we should embed that content somewhere appropriate, maybe in Benefits (as additional benefits) or in About the role (as description). But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include those points somewhere.
We have Benefits section already with insurance etc. We can add extra bullet points under Benefits: "Purpose-driven, committed, knowledgeable, high-performing, experienced and fun team", "Diverse and inclusive work environment", "Cause and mission you can be proud of", "Competitive compensation & benefits", "Remote work opportunity". Those are indeed benefits/perks.
Thus Benefits section will include both the insurance list and those.
Now Schedule: Full Time.
Pay: salary range.
Now ensure we don't repeat "Salary Range $120,000.00 - $130,000.00" also appears in Compensation paragraph. We'll just include once.
Now produce HTML.
