Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, quarterly plans, and KPI tracking
  • Execute campaigns, manage SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing programs
  • Oversee website content, performance, SEO optimization, and analytics insights
  • Create and manage social strategies, create content, manage engagement, and grow audience
  • Maintain brand standards, develop creative assets, ensure consistency across channels
  • Manage PR, media outreach, internal communications, and leadership messaging
  • Create compelling content across web, campaign, internal and external communications
  • Track performance, build reports, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns
  • Cook up vendor relationships, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Develop brochures, collateral, signage, and ensure alignment with brand messaging
  • Support hiring campaigns, employer branding, and job marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content development, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
