Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, quarterly plans, and KPI tracking
- Execute campaigns, manage SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing programs
- Oversee website content, performance, SEO optimization, and analytics insights
- Create and manage social strategies, create content, manage engagement, and grow audience
- Maintain brand standards, develop creative assets, ensure consistency across channels
- Manage PR, media outreach, internal communications, and leadership messaging
- Create compelling content across web, campaign, internal and external communications
- Track performance, build reports, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns
- Cook up vendor relationships, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop brochures, collateral, signage, and ensure alignment with brand messaging
- Support hiring campaigns, employer branding, and job marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content development, and analytics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
