About the role

The Director of Manufacturing oversees all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in product manufacturing. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, implementing new technologies, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality control standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving operational efficiency.

Schedule
