Responsibilities

• Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and renewal of SEPTA’s Infrastructure systems, fixed plant, and equipment.
• Maintains the maximum level of productivity, quality, reliability, and safety for specified section or location(s) within the Infrastructure area of Engineering, Maintenance and Construction.
• Directs the activity of subordinate Assistant Directors and Maintenance Managers.
• Interprets and administers programs and procedures in accordance with approved policies.
• Develops, implements and supervises detailed maintenance procedures.
• Develops performance and quality standards to measure performance and to determine manpower and material forecasts.
• Prepares annual forecast
