Director of Maintenance - Manchester Commons

The Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the operation of the maintenance department at Manchester Commons to ensure the orderly and safe condition of all grounds and buildings within the community.

Requirements

• Five years of direct maintenance experience with a minimum of two years of leadership experience in a campus setting.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a team including supervisory responsibility for interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office 365.
• Must be able to work independently and deal effectively with all levels of the organization.

Pay

Starting Salary: $66,700 to $85,000 annually; depending on experience.

Full-time; Salary, Exempt; Daylight hours.
