Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support for LGBTQIA+ students, fostering an inclusive environment
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the LGBT Student Services Office
- Promote visibility and inclusion of LGBTQIA+ students through advocacy and outreach
- Deliver educational programs on sexual orientation and gender identity to the campus community
- Collaborate on programming and leadership opportunities with various campus partners
- Lead signature LGBTQIA+ events and initiatives throughout the academic year
- Facilitate discussions on intersections of identity, culture, and faith
Qualifications
- Master's degree in student affairs, counseling, gender studies, or related field
- Minimum of two years of progressive administrative experience in higher education or public service
- Strong knowledge of LGBTQIA+ student experiences, program evaluation, and strategic planning
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and exercise independent judgment
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills for various reporting purposes
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
