Director of IT

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and execute an enterprise IT strategy that aligns technology capabilities with business growth, scalability, and operational priorities
• Oversee day to day IT and DevOps operations, including leadership of a seven person team, performance development, and cross functional collaboration
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, cost efficiency, and infrastructure as a service enablement
• Ensure strong cybersecurity posture and regulatory compliance through security audits, risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and security with at least eight years of progressive responsibility
• Proven leadership background with a minimum of three years managing teams and driving technical decision making in complex environments
• Hands on expertise with AWS services and a strong understanding of security frameworks including SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA
• Engineering first mindset with the ability to remain technically engaged while providing strategic oversight and mentorship

About the Role

This role will provide both strategic direction and hands on leadership across IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and security initiatives. The Director of IT will partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver reliable systems and compliant processes.

Compensation

$214,369 – $267,962 per year base salary

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location

Based in Menlo Park, CA and Union City, CA with a hybrid work arrangement
