Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise IT strategy across systems, infrastructure, and operations
- Develop long-term road maps for enterprise systems, networking, and employee technology
- Drive modernization through automation, integration, and process optimization
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and business continuity across all internal systems
- Manage enterprise vendors and third-party technology risk
Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance
- Own enterprise cybersecurity strategy and risk management framework
- Establish governance models, policies, and security controls
- Oversee compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC 2 and related frameworks)
- Lead proactive threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Manage identity, access control, endpoint security, and third-party risk
- Ensure audit readiness through scalable processes and documentation
AI Transformation & Automation
- Lead enterprise AI enablement strategy and adoption initiatives
- Identify high-impact use cases for automation and intelligent workflows
- Drive modernization through AI-powered tools and process redesign
- Establish governance for AI tools, vendors, and data usage
- Promote AI fluency and adoption across business functions
Employee Technology & Workplace Experience
- Define strategy for employee technology in a distributed workforce
- Improve onboarding, collaboration, and productivity through technology
- Oversee support for remote teams and office environments
Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Set strategic direction for enterprise technology and security initiatives
- Partner with executive stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Lead planning for scalability, risk management, and operational transformation
- Build and develop high-performing teams
- Own budgeting, vendor strategy, and resource allocation
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems
- 5+ years leading technical or security teams
- Proven experience owning IT, cybersecurity, and compliance functions
- Background in SaaS or technology-driven environments
- Experience leading enterprise transformation or AI/automation initiatives
- Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Able to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience scaling systems, processes, and teams in growth environments
- Track record balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Security+)
- Experience with enterprise tooling ecosystems and modern SaaS stacks
- Familiarity with AI governance, automation strategy, and emerging technologies
