Director of Interoperability

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Counterpart Health's interoperability strategy
• Represent the organization to industry stakeholders and standards bodies
• Oversee compliance efforts regarding CMS interoperability requirements
• Simplify complex standards into actionable recommendations for internal teams
• Cultivate relationships with leaders in healthcare interoperability
• Manage and mentor a team of interoperability engineers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US healthcare interoperability and health technology strategy
• Deep fluency in FHIR, HL7, and healthcare standards
• Experience with CMS interoperability requirements and major industry initiatives
• Established presence in the healthcare interoperability community
• Ability to translate technical standards into business strategy
• Experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced environment
