Key Responsibilities For The Director Of Internal Audit Build the Internal Audit team, charter, policies, and methodology.Conduct enterprise risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans.Oversee financial, operational, IT, and compliance audits.Evaluate internal controls, SOX readiness, and remediation efforts.Present audit findings and risk exposure to executive leadership. Qualifications For The Director Of Internal Audit Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification.10+ years of dedicated Internal Audit experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.5+ years leading Internal Audit teams/functions.Expertise in financial, operational, IT, and compliance audits, enterprise risk assessments, GAAP, SOX, and COSO.Advanced Excel skills. #INSEP2026
