About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and operate inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Oversee staffing, program development, budget creation and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support for the rehabilitation program.
• Provide a defined percentage of direct patient care on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
