About the role

Open position in RADaR office locations, including Kansas City, MO; Columbia, MO; St. Louis, MO; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Portsmouth, NH; Toronto, ON. Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, now or in the future. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring employer sponsorship. MTP is made up of ten agencies, each with its own systems, workflows, and ways of working. The Director of Innovation & Technology will help connect those agencies through thoughtful use of technology, AI, and innovation. This role partners closely with the President of RADaR to establish MTP's point of view on emerging technology and AI, identify opportunities to improve how our teams work, and help turn those opportunities into practical solutions. This includes developing education and enablement around AI, facilitating the AI Council, and working directly with agencies to understand business challenges and determine where technology can make a meaningful difference. This is not an IT infrastructure or product development role. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, tool-agnostic, and genuinely interested in solving problems.
