Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise infrastructure technology roadmap
- Architect scalable solutions across network, compute, storage, cloud, and data center domains
- Evaluate infrastructure platforms and establish architecture standards
- Lead infrastructure design for M&A integration and clinic openings
- Design and build enterprise network architecture across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN domains
- Arcitect and build USUP's hybrid cloud environment
- Lead security architecture, embedding Zero Trust principles and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 4 years in leadership roles
- Expertise in architecting enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN) across multiple locations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architecture
- Strong security engineering background, including HIPAA/HITECH and PCI compliance
- Experience in designing Disaster Recovery architecture with defined RTO/RPO standards
- Proven track record in leading infrastructure engineering through M&A integration
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex architecture into business language
