Director of In-Home Operations

About The Role We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Director of In-Home Operations to own and oversee the performance of our growing in-home ABA services. This person will be responsible for making sure our in-home cases start quickly, operate smoothly, retain high-quality BTs/RBTs, and consistently deliver the appropriate level of authorized care. This is a highly operational, KPI driven role for someone who understands the operations of running ABA services and knows how to turn operational data into action. You will serve as the primary owner of our in-home operations, working closely with clinical leadership, intake, scheduling, recruiting, and business development to ensure families successfully enter and remain in care. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn In-Home Operations Own the day-to-day operations and performance of all in-home ABA cases.Build and maintain scalable processes for launching, managing, and retaining in-home cases.Identify operational bottlenecks and create solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.Establish clear accountability across the team for case and staff performance.Ensure strong communication between clinical, scheduling, intake, recruiting, and operations teams. Requirements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in ABA operations, preferably with significant experience managing in-home ABA services.Demonstrated experience managing the operational performance of an ABA organization, region, or large caseload.Strong understanding of ABA staffing, scheduling, authorizations, service delivery, and case management.Proven ability to improve operational KPIs and drive measurable results.Extremely organized and process-oriented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational data.Strong communicator who can hold teams accountable while maintaining positive relationships.Ability to identify problems before they become larger operational issues.Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where processes are continually being built and improved.Strong understanding of the challenges involved in recruiting, retaining, and managing BTs/RBTs in the home setting.
