The Director of Human Resources at M&T Bank Stadium leads the people strategy that powers unforgettable guest experiences. This role drives talent initiatives, oversees compliance, and builds programs that support recruitment, engagement, and retention across all levels of the operation. The Director partners with leadership to align human resources strategies with business goals while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Union Labor Experience a MUST
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
- Lead performance management and talent development initiatives
