Responsibilities

• Procurement and Administrative Services Manager: Oversee procurement and contract administration, develop and implement policies and procedures, and supervise 1-3 staff members.
• Housing Specialist I: Ensure files are in compliance with the assistance programs of AHA, and perform caseload responsibilities.
• Senior Project Manager: Oversee projects and initiatives in support of AHA's affordable housing development and neighborhood revitalization programs.
• Director of Housing Programs: Assist with planning, organizing, managing, and providing administrative direction and oversight for all functions and activities of the Housing Programs Department.
• Asset Management Specialist: Perform specialized technical work in support of the Housing Authority’s asset management and property operations functions.
• Assistant Director of Property Operations: Oversee policies and programs to prevent homelessness and maintain stable housing, especially among special needs populations.
• Property Management Supervisor: Support AHA’s operations and programs through analytical, managerial, and technical assignments.
