About the Role
Own the full guest and family experience in a skilled nursing and subacute setting. This role is about more than service—it’s about creating comfort, connection, and confidence during an important moment in someone’s life. You lead with warmth, confidence, and creativity, building real relationships and delivering custom, personalized experiences for each guest. You turn an unfamiliar place into a welcoming one, designing experiences that feel intentional, personal, and human.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the leader of the guest and family experience for the building
- Own the full subacute and short-term patient journey from admission to discharge
- Build real relationships with patients and families through daily rounding and connection
- Act as the primary problem solver and calm presence when concerns arise
- Collaborate closely with nursing leadership, administration, and department heads
- Lead tours for prospective families and referral partners
- Create memorable "white glove" moments that elevate the experience beyond expectations
- Drive patient satisfaction, testimonials, and Google reviews through authentic connection
- Share positive moments and stories through approved social media channels
- Track guest experience and follow up consistently to ensure no one falls through the cracks
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute ideas and solutions
- Represent the hospitality department with confidence, professionalism, and pride
Leadership
This is a formal leadership role with ownership, accountability, and visibility. Your voice and presence directly impact the reputation of the building and the experience of every guest.
Schedule
Full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Pay
Starting salary of $60,000 with growth opportunities as the department expands.

Additional Notes
- No medical or clinical background is required
- Hospitality, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus but not required
