As the Director of Health & Wellness, you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Position Highlights

• Status: FULL TIME
• Schedule: Traditional leadership workweek with flexibility required based on business and operational needs that includes on call for emergency situations
• Community Name: Mattison Crossing
• Location: 93 Manalapan Avenue, Freehold, NJ
• Rate of Pay: Starting at $115,000+ Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus
• Travel: 0%–10% (Occasional Regional Support if Needed)

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the current state required
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing leadership experience; senior living experience preferred
• New Jersey Assisted Living experience strongly preferred; experience with Memory Care, hospice, and higher-acuity Assisted Living populations desired
• BLS Certification required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a clinical team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
• Participation in on-call coverage required
