Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for reimbursement, verification, and compliance solutions
• Translate executive vision into actionable product roadmaps
• Identify market needs and regulatory requirements to shape product direction
• Lead and mentor a team of senior Product Managers
• Oversee complex product initiatives and ensure team alignment
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders
• Drive product decisions that enhance usability and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 15+ years in benefits administration or employee benefits with scalable product responsibility
• Proven ability to lead large enterprise product initiatives
• Experience managing senior Product Managers and Product Owners
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and modern product practices
• Ability to influence senior leadership and achieve cross-functional alignment
