- Five years of knowledgeable Housing Choice Voucher operation experience, with proficiency in use of calculator and computer, and above average clerical skills
- Valid Tennessee Driver’s License

- Five years or more experience with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (Section 8) required
