Director of GRC Operational Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the third-party risk management (TPRM) lifecycle from due diligence to offboarding
• Manage a team of risk analysts evaluating vendor, partner, and outsourced service risks
• Collaborate with corporate teams to review security controls and ensure compliance standards
• Mature the TPRM program by integrating it into broader enterprise risk frameworks
• Monitor the progress of assessment assignments and ensure SLAs are met
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and stakeholder engagement enhancements
• Conduct quality assurance by reviewing team documentation for process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CRISC, CTPRP, CISA, CISM, CPA, CIA)
• 6+ years in third-party risk management and operational risk or compliance roles, with team management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with GRC tools and risk platforms (e.g., ProcessUnity, Optro, Workiva, OneTrust)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate risk data into actionable insights

Pay

$140,000 – $175,000 annually
