Director of Government Affairs, SLED
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
We need to decide which sections to include.
We have:
- Company Overview (first paragraph). This is about the company, not role. Should we include? Possibly as "About the company"? Not listed in examples but we could include a section like "About the company" but not required. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow similar pattern. Could include "Company Overview" as Company Overview
. That seems okay.
- Role Overview: could be "About the role". We'll put About the role
and include the paragraph.
- Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities
with - items.
- Qualifications:
Qualifications
with - items.
- About The Team: could be "About the team" maybe as
About the team
.
- Compensation & Benefits: we have both Compensation & Benefits paragraph and Pay Range. According to instruction, include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. We have both. Could combine into Benefits and Pay? The examples list Benefits and Pay separate. We have details of benefits and a pay range. So we can output Benefits
with list of benefits, and Pay
with the range.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The pay range is specific: $163,000—$209,000 USD. Good.
We need to remove duplicated lines: The compensation paragraph repeats benefits twice. We'll combine unique benefits list.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, privacy policy, E-Verify, etc. Also remove the lines about AI usage guidelines, etc. Also remove the "ID.me is a full-time, in-office culture." etc? That's part of company overview maybe? It's about work arrangement. Might be considered substantive? It's about work arrangement; could be included under Company Overview or maybe as a note. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The in-office culture statement is not boilerplate; it's about work arrangement. Could be included under Company Overview or maybe as a separate "Work Arrangement" but not required. We'll keep it in Company Overview.
Also remove the lines about "At ID.me, we embrace the thoughtful use of AI tools..." etc. That's boilerplate about hiring process; remove.
Also remove the final EEO paragraph.
Also remove the "Please review our Privacy Policy..." etc.
Also remove "ID.me participates in E-Verify."
Now we need to format.
We'll produce something like:

Benefits

- 401(k) with company match
- Parental leave

- Referral bonus policy
- Employee assistance program
- Pet insurance
- Travel assistance program
- Wellbeing and childcare discounts
- Benefit advocates
- Learning and development benefit
Pay
$163,000—$209,000 USD
We must ensure no duplicate content. The benefits list we compiled from the paragraph; ensure we didn't miss any: also "ability to participate in unlimited paid time off subject to the terms and conditions of the PTO policy, including 8 company wide holidays" - we have unlimited PTO. Also "short and long-term disability insurance" we have. "accident and critical illness insurance". "referral bonus policy". "employee assistance program". "pet insurance". "travel assistant program". "wellbeing and childcare discounts". "benefit advocates". "learning and development benefit". Also "basic and voluntary life and AD&D insurance". "401(k) with company match". "parental leave". Also "comprehensive medical, dental, vision". Also "health savings account". Also "flexible spending accounts (medical, limited purpose, dependent care, commuter benefit accounts)". Good.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "The annual base salary for this role will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and role, and does not include company bonus, equity, or benefits." That's more about pay determination; we could include that in Pay section maybe as a note. But the instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state base salary determination. However we already have a specific pay range. The determination sentence is generic but still substantive. Could include as a paragraph under Pay. But we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This sentence is not filler; it's about how base salary is determined. Might be worth including. However we already have pay range; we could add a short paragraph: "The annual base salary for this role will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and role, and does not include company bonus, equity, or benefits." That's not filler. Let's include it.
But we must avoid duplication: The paragraph appears twice in the original; we will include once.
Thus Pay section could have:
The annual base salary for this role will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and role, and does not include company bonus, equity, or benefits.
$163,000—$209,000 USD
Or combine.
Now check for any other substantive content: The "Compensation & Benefits" heading also includes a sentence about "Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors." That's also substantive. Could add under Pay as well.
We'll include that as a sentence.
Thus Pay section:
The annual base salary for this role will be determined based on experience, skills, education
Qualifications
with- items.
- About The Team: could be "About the team" maybe as
About the team
