What You'll Do
- Lead the Global Compensation and Executive Rewards Center of Excellence to scale competitive pay structures.
- Govern the end-to-end lifecycle of global equity programs and executive long-term incentives.
- Guide the strategic narrative and technical preparation of the annual Proxy Statement for the board of directors.
- Act as an internal consultant to senior executives, Finance, and Legal teams to translate global regulatory, tax, and legal requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Use generative AI and automation tools to streamline continuous market analysis and improve pay-equity reporting quality.
- Mentor and elevate a team of compensation professionals to foster a culture of high performance and precision across the organization.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive HR/Total Rewards experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated leadership role managing global compensation programs, and 8+ years specifically focused on executive compensation, equity administration, and global program governance.
- Proven experience managing functional teams through subordinate leaders to drive enterprise goals and business unit performance.
- Expert capability in financial modeling and data presentation to synthesize complex benchmarks into clear narratives for the C-suite.
- Demonstrated success leading full-scale global project lifecycles from design through to rigorous change management and execution.
- Practical experience using analytics tools and automation to optimize compensation modeling precision and eliminate manual reporting effort.
- Relevant industry experience in travel technology or SaaS environments managing multi-variable global compensation scenarios.
