With over 340 guest rooms, a full-service European-style spa, rooftop pool, multiple dining outlets, and the largest meeting and convention space in the region, this hotel is a market leader for group, association, and citywide events. Responsibilities
- Manage departmental P&L, forecast labor hours against occupancy fluctuations, and drive front-desk upsell programs
- Prepare for brand standard audits, quality assurance (QA) inspections, and night audit oversight
- Handle crisis management situations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office Management experience in a high-volume, full-service hotel or resort
