You are a seasoned luxury hospitality executive with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences through strong leadership, operational excellence, and financial discipline. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all Food & Beverage operations.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team while building a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Culinary leadership to evolve restaurant concepts, menus, wine and cocktail programs, and guest experiences while preserving the integrity of each concept.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, members, ownership, and community partners to further establish The Global Ambassador as a premier culinary destination.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Rooms, Spa, Membership, and Finance to create seamless guest experiences and maximize business performance.
  • Ensure Forbes Five-Star service standards are consistently executed throughout every Food & Beverage operation.
  • Lead all financial aspects of the Food & Beverage Division, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, labor management, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance while maintaining uncompromising quality.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and innovation.
  • Champion a culture of personalized luxury hospitality through visible leadership and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every dining experience consistently reflects The Global Ambassador's commitment to exceptional service, culinary excellence, and memorable experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including executive oversight of multiple restaurant concepts and banquet operations. At least five years of leadership experience within a Forbes Five-Star, Michelin-recognized, or comparable luxury hotel or hospitality organization. Proven success leading complex, high-volume, multi-outlet operations with significant revenue responsibility. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional leadership talent. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, revenue optimization, and cost management. Executive presence with exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and guest-focused. Domestic and international travel experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
