About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee all culinary operations at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile. In this role, you will manage diverse food and beverage outlets, develop new menus, create unique guest experiences, and ensure exceptional service standards. Located just steps from the iconic Magnificent Mile, our hotel offers a vibrant, modern environment with sleek design and state-of-the-art amenities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage operations within the hotel or resort.
• Develop and execute new menus and unique food and beverage concepts.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Interpret financial and operational data to create actionable operational plans.
• Manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in hotels.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and execute innovative food and beverage concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay

Salary range: USD $127,000.00 – USD $135,000.00 per year.
