About the role
The Director of Finance, Service Parts & Lifecycle Solutions serves as the strategic finance leader for GE HealthCare's global Parts, Repair, Asset Recovery, and Lifecycle Solutions business. This role partners directly with business leadership to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, inventory productivity, pricing excellence, and operational performance across a complex global services environment. The leader will own financial strategy, planning, reporting, and business decision support for a multibillion-dollar service parts and lifecycle franchise, while driving transformation initiatives that improve customer value, operational efficiency, and free cash flow generation. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the General Managers and senior leadership team for Service Parts & Lifecycle Solutions.
- Translate business strategies into actionable financial plans that accelerate growth, expand margins, and improve cash flow.
- Provide fact-based recommendations on strategic investments, pricing actions, inventory strategies, and portfolio optimization.
- Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-term strategy (LTS), and monthly business reviews.
