Why Work Here Up to 5% bonus$500/ mo tech/wellness stipend 4% 401(k) match with immediate vesting20 vacation daysMedical coverage is 100% employer-paid for the employee under the base PPO plan and approximately 70% for dependentsMinimal travel required, generally 2 to 4 trips per year (board meetings, team retreats) Will cover CPA renewal fees and some CE Sizzle Organization has grown significantly, with continued growth expectedHigh-impact leadership role with direct exposure to the COO, executive leadership, and BoardOpportunity to own both finance and broader nonprofit operationsLean, collaborative team with a strong Senior Accountant already in placeBroad responsibility across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, grants, audit, compliance, payroll, benefits, technology, insurance, and risk managementOpportunity to help strengthen processes and infrastructure as the organization continues to scale What We Need This person will lead the organization’s finance and accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial reporting, internal controls, grant accounting, restricted funds, audit, Form 990, and regulatory complianceThey will also oversee broader nonprofit operations, including payroll, benefits administration, technology, insurance, legal and regulatory compliance, vendor management, and organizational policies10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience w/ strong nonprofit exposureBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required – advanced degree a plus (MBA or Master’s in accounting)CPA required Experience with restricted funds, PAC $, 501(c)(3)/501(c)(4) entities, or other affiliated nonprofit structures is a big plus Salary range $140K to $175K base #ZRCFS
