The Director of Finance Medical Group oversees financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for the medical group. This includes managing financial resources, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis for the medical group
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance management
• Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
