Director Of Finance-Market

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Finance-Market to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee market-level finance activities with a focus on reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis that support sound business decisions. The role partners closely with market leadership, actuarial teams, and operational stakeholders to strengthen performance visibility and improve financial outcomes. You will also help guide pricing strategy, budgeting, and month-end processes in a managed care environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,600 – $237,400 annually Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to leadership Review and input market finance IBNR models and analyze cost drivers Support monthly close processes with journal entries and accruals Coordinate QAI initiatives with market leaders to exceed targets Collaborate with actuarial teams on rate advocacy and revenue maximization efforts Participate in pricing strategy for marketplace products Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred Minimum of 7 years in accounting/finance, including at least 3 years in management Experience in managed care or healthcare preferred Familiarity with financial analysis and accounting concepts Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative workplace culture Flexible work environment with potential for occasional travel Supportive of employee well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
