Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Advisory: Act as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team of OP, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning.
- Financial Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of financial operations for OP, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Implement and oversee rigorous tracking systems for revenue and expenses to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process for OP and develop reliable financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Review financial plans and budgets regularly to identify variances and address them proactively.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to tax laws and regulations domestically and in international jurisdictions (including India, Ireland, Singapore, the Philippines, and Canada) for OP. Coordinate the preparation and submission of all required financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Risk Management and Growth Planning: Oversee OP's investment strategies and manage insurance coverage to mitigate risks. Drive initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and facilitating organizational growth.
- Operational (Financial) Efficiency and Automation: Continuously audit and enhance the efficiency of finance-related processes and systems across teams at OP. This includes managing the accounts receivable/accounts payable cycles, optimizing cash management, and ensuring effective procurement practices.

Pay
